Our China Desk team mainly provides legal, tax and accounting assistance to Chinese investors who decide to enter the Spanish market and, once established, require their investments to be monitored and assessed. We also provide our professional services to Spanish investors with interests or who are looking to invest in China.
Our China Desk team is managed by Marta Sainz Ludevid, a Spanish lawyer specialized in Chinese Law, with a Master’s degree from the prestigious Tsinghua University of Beijing. Ms. Sainz was relocated to China in 2011. Our local presence allows the firm to have a true understanding of the Chinese culture, the country and its people. The abilitiy to act locally combined with our understanding of the requirements of investments between Spain and China is our biggest asset in this area.
